Screen printing ink for ABS- solvent base ink

Instruction:

Made of advanced resin as ink vehicle and top grade solvent, it is nothing present as lifting, blow out and corrugation on PS/PC/ABS/Organic glass/PVC, high gloss, adaptability and thick ink layer.

It is able to apply screen printing on PS/PC/ABS/PVC/Organic glass for lighter, plastic cup, PVC film, and pen shell.

Index:

1. Fineness: ≤15µ

2. Drying: Surface dry in 5~20 minute, total dry in 24 hour in normal temperature 25C degree. (Prefect adhesive request: after dry in normal temperature, fire at 50C degree in 5 minute)

3. Adhesive force: Outstanding.

4. Gloss: light.

5. Color: eighteen standard colors

Adoption for diluent:

Diluent agent applies: special diluent for ABS screen printing ink. 1kg ink mix with 75gsm~150gsm diluent.

Adoption for mesh:

200~350 count apply

Note:

Stirred before use. The object must clear out especial for oil and dust, and clear up static.

Trial and pass all the test before real produce.

For fear bad reaction, don't mix with and used together with other series printing ink.

Keep in dry and cool place, cover well and away from fire and high temperature.
