Model YC-W series flatbed electric vertical lift semiautomatic silk screen printing machine
Character
1. Screen plate lifts up and down vertically.
2. Independent mechanical driver.
3. Printing moves horizontally as left and right, and it is controlled by frequency servo motor, adjusted step-less.
4. Vacuum table make of strong and smooth stainless steel. Adjusted the table with X-Y-Z axostyles.
5. Adopt the Japan famous SMC pneumatic component regulate the plate snap-off.
Summary
This machine is adopted imported famous fittings. The printing motor have two selective modes(servo motor mode and alternating current machine). The linear guide (German Bosch Rexroth or Japanese THK) support the printing with precision positioning. The main control circuit adopts German SIEMENS PLC. Matched with MITSUBISHI frequency conversion technic. ABB motor and SCHNEIDER electric component. All the pneumatic components are from Japanese SMC to ensure the system run steadily.
